At this university, we run a very traditional program. "I would have to say this is one of the most pleasant experiences with tech support I've had. I work in a call center and I know how hard it is to provide consistent, quality service. [The co-op engineer] did not have the answers right away, but he called me back promptly with the answers to the questions I had. I even called back later with another question and he was very helpful.
